Network Security Administrator

We are seeking a Network Security Engineer to support and maintain enterprise security infrastructure while providing advanced troubleshooting and operational support.

Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain network security tools and platformsPerform escalated troubleshooting for complex network/security issuesConfigure and deploy security devices and services (firewalls, email/web security, etc.)Manage SLAs and ensure timely resolution of incidentsPerform maintenance, upgrades, and lifecycle management of security systemsCommunicate updates and resolutions to internal teams and customersFollow change management processes for all configurations and updatesCollaborate with vendors on implementations and new technologiesConduct deep-dive diagnostics and escalate issues when needed
