Technology Infrastructure Manager Hybrid • Grand Rapids, MN (min. 3 days on-site) About Blandin Foundation Blandin Foundation is a private foundation located in Grand Rapids, MN. Through grantmaking, advocacy, and community-building, we elevate rural voices, address critical issues, and help cultivate resilient rural places. Join us as our Technology Infrastructure Manager and oversee the technology systems that power our mission and support our staff, partners, and communities. What you'll do Manage the Foundation's technology infrastructure, including cloud services, networking, cybersecurity, identity and access management, AI-enabled technologies, telecommunications, and endpoint systems. Ensure technology systems are secure, reliable, and aligned with organizational priorities. Manage relationships with managed service providers (MSPs), technology vendors, and external partners. Lead the planning and delivery of infrastructure technology projects and improvements. Strengthen cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity while supporting emerging technologies, including Foundation-approved AI platforms. Serve as a trusted technical advisor, collaborating with staff and leadership to deliver effective technology solutions. What you'll bring Five or more years of progressively responsible experience managing enterprise technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, or network operations. Experience leading technology projects and working with managed service providers and vendors. Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, networking, cybersecurity, identity and access management, and infrastructure operations. Excellent project management, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
