Manager of IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity DeZURIK, Inc. • Sartell, MN Career Force • December 18, 2025 DeZURIK is seeking a Manager of IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity to lead and protect the technology backbone that supports our multi-site manufacturing and office operations. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on expertise to ensure our networks, systems, and data are secure, resilient, and ready to support high-performance operations across the enterprise. In this role, you ll oversee enterprise-wide IT infrastructure, including LAN/WAN architecture, secure remote access, cloud connectivity, and high-availability networks that support manufacturing automation systems. You ll lead cybersecurity strategy and operations developing policies, strengthening threat detection and incident response, administering NIST-aligned cybersecurity programs, and driving awareness and training across sites. You ll also supervise a distributed IT team, partner with plant IT contacts, manage external service providers, and collaborate across the organization to support acquisitions, archived ERP systems, and the long-term digital roadmap. Ensuring compliance with internal controls and external frameworks (such as NIST and CMMC) while reducing operational risk will be central to your success.

What You Bring:

Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 7+ years of IT infrastructure experience, including 3+ years supporting multi-site or hybrid environments. Strong knowledge of manufacturing and OT/IT network integration and industrial cybersecurity. Experience managing Microsoft tenants and M365 environments; familiarity with Cisco, Fortinet, or similar technologies. Preferred experience includes

MES/SCADA

environments and certifications such as M365, CISSP, CCNP, or CISM. DeZURIK offers a competitive base salary in the $127,647 to $159,559 range, based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus opportunities tied to performance.
