Job Description Administrative Manager Allied Universal is seeking an experienced and motivated Administrative Manager to oversee security operations, personnel management, and client support within a commercial or industrial environment. This leadership role is responsible for supervising contract security operations, coordinating emergency response efforts, supporting critical infrastructure security initiatives, and ensuring compliance with all site policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, operational awareness, and experience managing security teams in fast-paced environments while maintaining professional communication with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Required Skills Leadership and team management Emergency response coordination Incident Command System (ICS) operations Strong verbal and written communication Report writing, review, and documentation management Workforce scheduling and staffing coordination Critical decision-making under pressure Conflict resolution and personnel management Security operations coordination Training, coaching, and mentoring personnel Threat assessment and situational awareness Policy and procedure enforcement Client and stakeholder communication Access control system administration and investigations Video management system administration and investigations Investigation and incident management Industrial and critical infrastructure security operations Proficiency with integrated security platforms Computer and security software proficiency Required Experience Minimum of two years supervising and managing a security contract of similar scope and size Experience supervising commercial or industrial security operations Experience managing contract security personnel Experience responding to emergencies and critical incidents Experience operating within an ICS structure Experience developing and implementing security procedures Experience conducting investigations and site assessments Experience writing, reviewing, and approving incident reports Experience training and onboarding security personnel Experience coordinating with clients, contractors, and stakeholders Demonstrated experience administering enterprise access control and video management systems Preferred Experience Experience working in utility, industrial, or critical infrastructure environments Experience with Genetec Security Center or similar integrated security management platforms Experience serving as a Terrorism Liaison Officer Required Certifications & Qualifications All government-required security licenses Valid driver's license Successful completion of a background investigation and criminal records check First Aid certification CPR certification IFPO Certified in Security Supervision and Management certification, or another industry-recognized certification/designation in physical security or security management, required upon assignment or within one year of assignment
