This pivotal role involves shaping operational strategies, streamlining processes, and driving business growth through innovative management and leadership. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will oversee daily operations, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure that all departments work synergistically to achieve organizational goals. Your energetic approach will inspire teams, enhance efficiency, and elevate our operational excellence to new heights. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies aligned with organizational objectives to ensure sustainable growth and efficiency. Lead cross-functional teams by providing clear direction, mentorship, and motivation to foster a high-performance culture. Oversee business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and negotiating partnerships that expand market reach. Manage large-scale projects from conception through execution, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Drive process improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing innovative solutions for enhanced productivity. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments to assess operational health and implement corrective actions as needed. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic plans, allocate resources effectively, and support organizational change management efforts. Requirements Proven experience in security management roles with a strong background in operations management and strategic planning. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience guiding senior teams and fostering collaborative environments. Expertise in negotiation, business development, and building strategic partnerships to support organizational growth. Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of WinTeam and ADP Software. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement in operational practices.
