DayToDay Responsbilities:

Senior Problem Manager role focused on deep technical investigations and root cause analysis across infrastructure and applications. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical understanding not just ITSM process management to identify systemic issues and drive long-term fixes.

Must Have:
