• Scale a testing program beyond compliance specifically around system performance, technical validation, or security testing About the Role We are seeking a Director-level leader to build and lead an enterprise-wide security testing program.

This role focuses on developing a scalable, high-impact testing function with strong emphasis on performance testing, technical strategy, and program ownership. Prior penetration testing experience is a plus but not required. What You ll Be Doing

• Build and scale an enterprise security testing program
• Define frameworks, methodologies, and best practices
• Oversee testing strategies including performance and technical validation
• Ensure testing aligns with business risk and system performance
• Manage third-party vendors and testing tools
• Establish metrics and reporting for leadership
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve system performance and resilience
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members What We re Looking For
• Experience building and leading testing or security programs
• Strong technical understanding of testing environments and systems
• Experience with performance testing and overall testing strategy
• Ability to translate technical findings into business impact
• Leadership and stakeholder management experience
• Prior penetration testing experience is a plus Certifications & Education
• Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., security or testing-related)
• Bachelor s or advanced degree in a related field preferred building or scaling testing programs (not just executing audits) Solid technical understanding of systems, applications, and performance testing Exposure to security testing or engineering teams (even if not hands-on) Ability to translate testing into risk, performance, and business impact Experience working cross-functionally with engineering / infrastructure teams
