Provide 24/7 on-call support (not shiftbased) for critical incidents. ・Manage and support existing customer accounts by resolving technical security issues promptly and ensuring high customer satisfaction. ・Lead and mentor junior engineers and team members during project execution, troubleshooting, and daily operations. ・Maintain thorough records of system installations, configurations, troubleshooting actions, and overall project progress. Provide regular updates to project leaders and management. ・Conduct product research and analyze market trends. Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and supporting documentation as needed. ・Promote cybersecurity awareness through seminars, blogs, and external publications,　enhancing the company's presence and reputation. ・Scope customer engagements effectively and build strong, strategic relationships to support clients in developing secure IT infrastructures. Qualifications Must be adaptable to evolving technologies to deliver tailored IT security solutions that meet customer requirements. Experience and knowledge in the following areas are required: ・Security software and solutions for servers and PCs ・Security tools such as SASE, EDR, and vulnerability check ・Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) operations ・Secure configuration standards (e.g., CIS Benchmarks) ・Microsoft, Citrix, VMware and other major software vendor's products. ・Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto and other major network vendor's devices. ・Operation and maintenance of Unix/Linux and Windows servers ・Local and Wide Area Network technologies ・Virtualization and storage technologies
