Job Description

The Judge Group is currently seeking a ISSO to support an organization at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Position Summary The Information System Security Officer (ISSO) supports the ISSM in implementing and maintaining cybersecurity controls for government information systems. The ISSO monitors security compliance, executes vulnerability management activities, maintains security documentation, and performs continuous monitoring and auditing of assigned systems. ISSO functions are commonly associated with system-level security oversight and compliance support activities. Duties and Responsibilities Implement and maintain security controls in accordance with RMF requirements. Perform security scans and vulnerability assessments. Review and analyze security alerts and system logs. Maintain cybersecurity documentation and artifacts. Support annual security reviews and continuous monitoring activities. Track vulnerabilities and corrective actions. Assist in incident response and reporting activities. Coordinate security compliance activities with system owners and administrators. Support security control assessments and audits. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, IT, or related discipline. 3 to 5 years of cybersecurity or information assurance experience. Knowledge of
RMF, NIST
800-53, and STIG implementation. Preferred Qualifications Security+ preferred Ability to obtain Secret Clearance
