Position Summary Credence has an immediate need for a Security Manager at the journeyman level who will be primarily responsible for supporting the Intelligence Directorate (AFLCMC/IN) directorate at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The

is headquartered at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH with units located at Tinker AFB, OK, Robins AFB, GA, Hanscom AFB, MA, Hill AFB, UT, Eglin AFB, FL. The
AFLCMC/IN
mission is to engage and support AFLCMC programs, projects, technology development and development planning efforts in addressing Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) supportability, and adversary/threat considerations in the form of Acquisition Intelligence (AI) support. The
AFLCMC/IN
mission also enables linkages to the Air Force and Joint/National Intelligence Communities (IC), provides predictive battle space awareness to local force protection activities, and provides local/regional Special Security Office (SSO) support and Joint Worldwide-Intelligence Communication Services (JWICS) access.
AFLCMC/IN
is responsible for ensuring information superiority and agile combat support by providing a wide range of intelligence acquisition and sustainment services meeting warfighter requirements for information assurance (IA), communications security, foreign threat and intelligence/force protection products and cyber capabilities.
AFLCMC/IN
leads to the integration of intelligence considerations both ISR acquisition supportability issues and adversary/threat information into the Center's programs and projects. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below: Support SAP, SCI, SCIF, and SAPF security operations, including acquisition, physical, personnel, documentation, industrial, information, and COMSEC security activities. Assist with the establishment, accreditation, maintenance, and oversight of approved SAP/SCI facilities, including construction security plans, fixed facility checklists, accreditation packages, facility status reports, inspections, and corrective action plans. Develop, review, and maintain security documentation, including Program Protection Plans, OPSEC plans, security risk analyses, Security
CONOPS, DD
Form 254 reviews, system security management plans, SOPs, and related program security materials. Coordinate with Government security personnel, program offices, prime contractors, subcontractors, the Intelligence Community, and outside agencies to support secure program execution throughout the program life cycle. Manage SAP/SCI personnel security processes, access records, clearance information, CAFNET/DISS accounts, classified visit databases, and required personnel security files. Support classified material control, including receipt, inventory, storage, logging, transmittal, distribution, courier responsibilities, accountability audits, and compliance with applicable classification guidance. Support SAP/SCI security education, training, briefings, inspections, self-inspections, inspection records, discrepancy reporting, and corrective action activities. Facilitate security working groups, Integrated Product Teams, and related meetings by preparing minutes, coordinating documentation, and helping integrate security requirements into program and contract documentation. Analyze security policies, procedures, and business processes; recommend improvements that enhance efficiency, compliance, and mission support across AFLCMC security programs. Support anti-tamper, resource protection, force protection, anti-terrorism, cybersecurity, and controlled-area security activities in accordance with applicable DoD, Air Force, and Intelligence Community guidance. Handle JWICS communications and classified product support, including preparation, tracking, editing, publication, storage, classification review, and proper handling of SAP and TS/SCI materials. Provide day-to-day security and administrative support, including meeting support, leadership briefings, graphics and visuals, access control, escort duties, VTC visitor support, schedule and calendar maintenance, SharePoint/database updates, and security paperwork such as DD Form 2875 and COMSEC inspection materials. Requirements Must have an active or current Top-Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligibility. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field and at least three (3) years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, three (3) of which must be in the DoD OR, seven (7) years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, five (5) of which must be in the DoD. Minimum bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience in, and working knowledge of, a USAF program office or a USAF program acquiring, fielding, and sustaining weapons and/or support systems. Knowledge and experience coordinating with the Intelligence Community and outside agencies in support of security management activities. Ability to ensure personnel meet established SCI/SAP access requirements and to support SAP/SCI information system management procedures, special communications capabilities, and COMSEC activities. Working knowledge of DoD, Air Force, Intelligence Community, JAFAN 6/9, MIL-STD-1785, DoDI 5000.2, Air Force Supplement 1, DoDI 8510.01, and related SAP, SCI, collateral, and cybersecurity guidance.
