Job Description

About this role This role supports the firm's cybersecurity operations by contributing to cyber monitoring, threat detection, incident response, and program execution activities across the Information Security organization. Responsibilities include cyber observability, threat intelligence, incident detection and response, forensic support, and coordination of security tools and processes. The analyst works collaboratively to help identify, prioritize, manage, and document cybersecurity incidents in alignment with firm standards and policies. Team Overview You will join the Cyber Diligence function within Information Security, partnering closely with teams across Cyber Operations and the broader Information Security organization. Cyber Diligence supports the protection of the firm by providing governance, consultative risk advisory, and program execution support related to policies and standards, enabling informed decision making and consistent outcomes across stakeholders. Role Purpose This role supports disciplined execution across Information Security by helping translate priorities into delivered outcomes. You will coordinate cross‑functional initiatives, maintain execution cadence, and promote clarity and accountability across stakeholders so Cyber Diligence and Information Security can operate effectively and at scale. Key Responsibilities Support execution across multiple Information Security workstreams by organizing deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and ownership within a matrix environment. Coordinate execution cadence by facilitating working sessions, capturing decisions, maintaining action and risk logs, and supporting follow‑through to closure. Prepare clear, executive‑ready status updates including progress, risks, and decisions required, tailored to varied stakeholder audiences. Partner across teams to align priorities and sequencing, supporting shared accountability across Cyber Operations and Information Security stakeholders. Synthesize inputs from multiple sources to identify dependencies, risks, and misalignment, supporting informed decision making. Identify execution challenges such as capacity constraints, unclear ownership, or competing priorities and propose practical options to maintain momentum. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by helping document repeatable processes and strengthening consistency in tracking and communication practices. Required Qualifications Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accountability. Ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment, influencing outcomes through preparation, clarity, and professional judgment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing concise stakeholder communications and status reporting. Demonstrated ability to listen, synthesize information, and connect dependencies across discussions, risks, and delivery plans. Adaptability and persistence, with comfort operating in environments with ambiguity while maintaining quality and control. Intellectual curiosity and willingness to build technical understanding to partner effectively across Information Security. Interest in information security, risk, governance, controls, and standards, with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting cross‑functional initiatives in regulated, risk‑focused, or control‑oriented environments such as governance, risk, compliance, or audit. Familiarity with collaboration and workflow tools such as SharePoint, Teams, or ticketing and intake workflows. Project or program management training, certification, or equivalent applied experience coordinating timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.
