Network Security Engineer

Description These roles will primarily support day-to-day operations as the environment continues to scale so the FTEs can focus on the larger projects/initiatives. This is a high-impact role focused on stabilizing and scaling an already deployed environment, not greenfield build. • Palo Alto firewall experience: Policy tuning, configuration, troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with Panorama for centralized management: Policy management, pushing configs, troubleshooting workflows
• Network security fundamentals: Understanding of protocols, firewall behavior, segmentation
• 5+ years of relevant experience (target range): Not entry-level, not overly senior /architect-only
• Zscaler experience or similar (Prisma, Netskope, etc). • Firewall policy management and tuning
• Troubleshooting network security issues
• Supporting firewall rule requests / ticket queue
• OS updates and minor configuration changes
• Supporting ongoing VPN migration project
• Assisting with Zscaler expansion as needed
• General "care and feeding" of a mature environment
