Role Summary:
Join Our Client s Cybersecurity, Systems & Resilience leadership team to drive cross-functional executive programs and ensure strategic initiatives land on time with clarity and confidence. You ll translate complex technical concepts into concise, business-ready executive presentations, dashboards, and briefing materials. You ll also manage schedules, risks, dependencies, and follow-through across engineering and leadership stakeholders. Responsibilities:
Manage and deliver key initiatives, leadership priorities, and cross-functional activities across Cybersecurity, Systems & Resilience Build schedules, lead follow-up meetings, track actions, and manage risks to ensure timely deliverables Coordinate across technical, operational, and leadership teams to maintain alignment and momentum Facilitate planning sessions, workshops, and leadership reviews with well-prepared materials and action tracking Provide leadership visibility into status, dependencies, risks, and opportunities for decision-making Create and refine executive presentations, reports, dashboards, and briefing materials Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve productivity in reporting and presentation development Apply a Kaizen/continuous improvement mindset to optimize workflows and stakeholder engagement
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
Proven experience building executive-ready communications from technical content Strong program/project coordination experience across multiple stakeholder groups Comfort partnering directly with engineers, cybersecurity teams, and leadership A self-starter mentality with the ability to operate with minimal direction A continuous improvement mindset (Lean/Agile/Kaizen)
Required Skills/Experience:
4 10 years in program management, executive support, strategy/consulting, business operations, or related roles Experience creating executive-level presentations and briefing materials Advanced PowerPoint and presentation development skills Strong written, verbal, and visual communication Ability to synthesize complex technical/operational information quickly Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Relationship-building and collaboration across all levels
Other Skills:
Familiarity with AI-powered productivity/presentation tools Experience with Lean, Agile, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies Project management certification or related training
Important Notes:
This role supports executive storytelling and governance/planning activities within a Cybersecurity, Systems & Resilience organization. You ll be expected to pivot quickly as priorities evolve while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
