Job Description

The Senior Network Security Engineer (Infrastructure Engineering Senior Advisor) supports the company's security network. This role helps keep systems safe, stable, and running smoothly. You will respond to issues, support daily operations, and help improve network performance. This role is important in making sure our systems stay secure and reliable for the business. Responsibilities Support the security, performance, and availability of the network Monitor and respond to network and security issues Troubleshoot and fix complex system problems Support firewall operations for key business applications Plan and complete firewall updates and changes Lead meetings to review and approve firewall changes Manage requests and changes using ServiceNow Use tools like AlgoSec and Panorama to manage firewalls Remove old or unused firewall settings Attend team meetings and share updates on work and timelines Help teams resolve issues that involve firewalls Ensure all security approvals are completed before changes Support crisis events and help find root causes of issues Qualifications Experience working with firewalls, including Palo Alto and Check Point Experience using tools such as AlgoSec, Panorama, and ServiceNow Knowledge of network security and how to keep systems safe Experience using network tools like Splunk, tcpdump, or similar tools Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work well in a team environment Good communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset Self-motivated and able to work independently Preferred certifications: PCNSE, CCNP, CISSP, or NSE If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 123,500 - 205,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
