Splunk Architect Own end to end accountability for the Splunk and Cribl platform, including day to day data ingestion. Act as the primary interface with Progressive stakeholders, facilitating effective communication, governance, and alignment on platform priorities and outcomes. Promote strong customer engagement and lead requirements gathering, translating business needs into actionable Splunk use cases and delivery plans. Define, maintain, and prioritize the Splunk product roadmap and backlog, balancing run, grow, and transform initiatives based on business value and risk. Maintain ongoing collaboration with Progressive internal teams to stay informed of evolving data strategies, technology shifts, regulatory needs, and future initiatives. Support team capability building and skill development through training, best practice adoption, knowledge sharing, and reduction of key person dependencies. Ensure Splunk configurations, access controls, and data governance align with security, audit, and compliance requirements across all environments. Define and track key performance metrics to measure platform health and business impact, providing regular reporting and demonstrating value delivered through Splunk.
