Information Security Analyst#26-06150 Charlotte, NC Las Colinas, TX Onsite Contract Starts 6/26/2026 Ends 6/25/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking an Information Security Analyst for a contract to hire position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC or Las Colinas, TX. This is a business-facing Identity and Access Management (IAM) enablement and adoption role, not a traditional security operations or engineering position. In this role, you will support the adoption of identity services, onboarding and access transitions, issue coordination, and user feedback that improves IAM services and the overall user experience. The ideal candidate brings IAM experience, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to translate business needs into practical IAM solutions.
Responsibilities:
Partner with business teams to support adoption of enterprise IAM services and translate access and authentication capabilities into practical solutions Assess business workflows, dependencies, and access requirements to help align IAM solutions with user needs Support application onboarding, migrations, and access transitions to deliver a low-friction user experience Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to confirm IAM solutions meet business requirements Coordinate triage of IAM issues across IAM, Cybersecurity, and application teams based on business impact Gather user feedback, UAT results, and access pain points and translate them into actionable input for IAM product and engineering teams Provide input on enhancements that improve IAM services, processes, and user experience
Requirements:
5-7 years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through abination of work experience, training, military experience, or education 3-5 years of experience in Information Security with a strong focus on IAM Proven experience supporting IAM onboarding, migrations, or transformation initiatives Experience working with IAM solutions in cloud or hybrid environments Working knowledge of core IAM capabilities, including authentication, identity governance, MFA, directory services, and access management Understanding of IAM security principles, including least privilege and zero-trust concepts Ability to translate IAM concepts into clear business language Strong stakeholder engagement, relationship-building,munication, facilitation, and presentation skills Experience working with business stakeholders, application teams, and product owners Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and coordinate resolution across teams Experience working in high-pressure, business-impacting situations Experience gathering and translating user feedback into actionable improvements Desired skills: Experience in a large financial services environment Familiarity with Agile or product-driven environments Pay range: $43.59 - $51.59 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
