Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced OT Cybersecurity Analyst to support a large-scale cybersecurity initiative. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely and make a significant impact in enhancing cybersecurity measures across operational technology environments. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive OT cybersecurity site assessments across various industrial environments. Evaluate operational technology systems for vulnerabilities and compliance gaps. Document current-state architectures and security controls within OT environments. Identify and analyze risks against established cybersecurity standards and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop remediation strategies and support continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare detailed assessment reports and executive summaries for stakeholders. Stay informed on emerging threats and industry trends related to OT cybersecurity. Skills Minimum of 5 years of experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity or industrial network security. Proficient in conducting cybersecurity assessments and identifying vulnerabilities. Strong understanding of industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA systems, and relevant networking protocols. Excellent documentation and technical reporting abilities. Effective communication skills for engaging with both technical and operational stakeholders. Preferred Skills Experience in sectors such as manufacturing, energy, or critical infrastructure. Familiarity with OT cybersecurity frameworks and standards, including NIST and ISA/IEC. Relevant certifications such as GICSP, CISSP, or Security+ are advantageous. Knowledge of industrial asset discovery and monitoring tools.
