This is NOT an all-inclusive list. Responsible for development, publicion, executing/enforcing and implemention of approprie regulion, policy, and law reled to INFOSEC. Develops and maintains a ste-specific INFOSEC program, conducts annual INFOSEC program reviews, evalues INFOSEC program implemention sites and locions throughout the ste. Establishes and maintains liaisons with nional levelARNG G-2
as it pertains to INFOSEC. Develops and implements an effective informion security educion program throughout the Ste and provides initial, continuing, and refresher security educion training to all site military, civilian, and contract employees. Ensure security violions, including suspected compromises or other thres to the safeguarding of classified informion and the unauthorized disclosure of Controlled Unclassified Informion (CUI) are reported and investiged IAW aforementioned regulion, policy, and law. Reviews, analyzes, and briefs the results of inquiries and investigions resulting from security violions to ste ARNG, as well as nional levelARNG G-2.
Advise and represent the TAG on mters reled to the classificion, downgrading, declassificion, and safeguarding of nional security informion. Maintains, accounts for, and reports the stus and compliance of all secure rooms and security containers under jurisdiction of the TAG. Develop emergency destruction plan for classified and CUI as well as safeguarding procedures for hostile areas or during nural disasters. Monitor clearance eligibility, access, and SF-312, "Classified Informion Nondisclosure Agreement (NDA)", completion, and investigion stus for site personnel using the security clearance verificion system of record. Manages the INFOSEC Internal Controls Program. Compiles reporting da for submission to nional level ARNG G-2, responsible for the completion of security da reports; receives, compiles, prepares, and submits annual reports IAW DoD and nional levelARNG G-2
policy. Analyzes weaknesses identified during INFOSEC program reviews, and Department of the Army and Nional Guard Bureau assessments of systemic security problems in order to modify and apply recommended solutions. Monitors contractor compliance with all DoD and DA regulory security requirements. Report security violions involving cleared contractors to nional level ARNG G-2 and Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DSCA). Serves as the Foreign Disclosure Officer (FDO) for the Ste ARNG. Responsible for development, publicion, executing/enforcing, and implemention of approprie regulion, policy, and law reled to foreign disclosure. Maintains the delegion of disclosure letter (DDL) for all ste partners. Requests and authorizes ARNG foreign requests for the ste. Reviews and makes determinions for the release of government informion to foreign government representives. Performs other duties as assigned. An individual convicted of a qualifying crime of domestic violence may not perform the duties of this position. Must be able to obtain and maintain aTOP SECRET
security clearance. Irregular and/or overtime (compensory) hours may be required to support operional requirements or contingencies or may be required to work hours outside of the normal duty day. This is an Army Nional Guard dual stus technician position which requires military membership. Thorough understanding of the Nional Disclosure Policy and its implementing DOD, Army, and Army Nional Guard directives to apply Disclosure Guidelines, Delegion of Disclosure Letters and the Military Criteria Technology List to all release decisions. Proficient in the use of informion automed systems th are such as the Foreign Visits System and the Security Policy Automion Network systems. Knowledge of regulion/policy interpretions from higher headquarters concerning security programs and their interrelionships to resolve conflicting guidance and to develop ste policy and guidance. In depth knowledge of technical methods, principles, and practices of informion and foreign disclosure functional areas as well as technical knowledge of personnel security, industrial security, and automion security to provide counter-intelligence products, plans, and services. Undergradue or Gradue Educion:
