This is more than a traditional cybersecurity compliance role. You'll work directly with technical teams, evaluate complex systems and risks, and provide recommendations that help enable our customers' mission while protecting highly sensitive technologies. What You'll Do Conduct security control assessments and support Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities. Assess and authorize complex Program Information Technology (PIT) systems across multiple classification levels. Evaluate security controls, vulnerabilities, risks, and system compliance. Develop, review, and recommend approval of system certification and authorization documentation. Support Authorization & Approval (A&A) events, inspections, testing, and continuous monitoring. Advise the customer's Program Managers, technical teams, security professionals, and government/industry partners on cybersecurity risks and mitigation strategies. Assess system changes, configurations, vulnerabilities, and operational requirements that may affect authorization. Support cybersecurity activities involving classified networks, security architecture, configuration management, and incident response. Evaluate cybersecurity and Information Assurance (IA) products and provide recommendations regarding risk, security, and mission value. Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, procedures, training, and system security documentation. Prepare technical assessments, briefings, reports, and recommendations for our customer's leadership. Provide technical oversight and guidance for Collateral, SAP, and SCI systems and networks . What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 12+ years of demonstrated cybersecurity experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community customers on comparable programs. CISSP or DoD-approved baseline certification meeting applicable requirements. Extensive experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF) . Experience assessing and authorizing complex PIT/information systems across multiple classification levels. Experience supporting Collateral, SCI, and/or SAP assessment and authorization activities. Strong understanding of DoD and IC cybersecurity policies, standards, and requirements. Experience with classified networks, network security devices, PKI, virtual machines, endpoint security, and related cybersecurity technologies. Experience supporting cybersecurity inspections, testing, audits, and continuous monitoring. Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently advise technical and program leadership. Ability to work independently and operate effectively with our customer's PMs, technical teams, government organizations, and cleared industry partners.
