SENIOR REQUIREMENTS ANALYST TESTER

•Job SummaryVSolvit is seeking a Requirements Analyst/Tester to provide application development support to the Drug Enforcement Administrations (DEA) Information Systems Division (TC). The Requirements Analyst/Tester will be responsible for capturing and documenting requirements and testing user stories.

As with any position, additional expectations exist. Some of these include, but are not limited to, adhering to normal working hours, meeting deadlines, following company policies as outlined by the Employee Handbook, communicating regularly with assigned supervisor(s), staying focused on the assigned tasks, and completing other tasks as assigned.

ResponsibilitiesInterface with the Champion, Working Groups, and Product Owners to identify and clarify detailed requirements for application developmentDocument user stories and associated requirements in Azure DevOps Server (ADO) for review and discussion by developersUtilize ADO to document epics, user stories, requirements, change requests, bugs, and tasksProvide documentation of procedures, application reference materials, workflows, business processes, and data structures utilizing Wikis and other documentation methodsDevelop Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) for each new application released to provide instructions of primary application functionalityPerform code reviews and testing of user storiesOther duties as assignedBasic QualificationsU.S. Citizenship RequiredSecret Clearance RequiredMust be able to pass a DEA Security ApprovalMinimum of 5 years of experience capturing requirements and testing web applicationsMinimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office 2010 and higherMinimum of 4 years of experience writing Agile user stories and requirements documentationMinimum of 3 years of experience with MS Team Foundation Server / Azure DevOPS ServerIf applicable: If you are or have been recently employed by the U.S. government, a post-employment ethics letter will be required if employment with VSolvit is offeredPreferred QualificationsAbility to work independently and part of a teamExcellent oral and written communication skillsPrevious DoD or DoJ experienceKnowledge of, and experience within, an Agile development environmentExperience with SQLStrong analytical skillsCompany SummaryJoin the VSolvit Team!
