Program Manager - Senior Security Specialist

Must possess Top-Secret personnel security clearances and must be eligible for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) special accesses. Minimum education required is a bachelor's degree in any field and three (3) years security experience in relevant fields, such as industrial security, physical security and computer/network security

• OR•a minimum of five (5) years of experience in any security related field.

Must be skilled in creating complex spreadsheets (i.e. Excel, etc.), in preparing briefings (i.e. PowerPoint, etc.), Word, and Adobe Acrobat. Must have experience in program planning, execution and oversight capabilities. Must have the ability to manage schedules, deliverables, and resources efficiently. Must execute all assigned duties in a professional manner that demonstrates a strong commitment to customer service. The Senior Security Specialist must be knowledgeable and proficient in the Access Control Specialist and Security Specialist duties and includes the following duties: Responsible for training the Access Control Specialists in the duties Provide support in any contractor role when any employee is out of office. Responsible for coordinating schedules in order to maintain staffing at all visitor desks for the purpose of providing access control during business hours, ensuring a cleared access control presence at the referenced visitor desks during working hours is extremely important. Provide assistance to the COMSEC manager by assisting with the following: transferring/receiving/hand receipting COMSEC material for OTD to/from FBICOR and other locations, Bi-annual COMSEC inventory, shipment of COMSEC items, and completion and filing of paperwork. Required to implement the policies and procedures as outlined in the FBI Central Office of Record COMSEC Manual. Required to provide briefings/debriefings.

Period of Performance:

1 year base, with up to an additional 4 option years
