The engineer works with systems engineering, network engineering, software, integration, and program-security personnel to incorporate cybersecurity requirements throughout the system lifecycle. This position is responsible for implementing security controls, identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities, maintaining cybersecurity documentation, supporting Zero Trust initiatives, and supporting Risk Management Framework activities required to achieve and sustain system authorization. Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering, or Mathematics with a concentration in computer science or equivalent. Engineering degrees must be from an Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) accredited program 3-10+ years of professional experience with cybersecurity engineering Information Assurance Management (IAM) or Information Assurance Technical (IAT) or Information Assurance System Architect and Engineer (IASAE) Level I (position-based) per DoD 8570.1M Active TS/SCI Clearance Desired Skills CI Poly Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering, or Mathematics with a concentration in computer science or equivalent Other relevant technical certification(s) group id: 91120692 Apply now
