Are you a Microsoft 365 or Azure Administrator who enjoys solving problems, working with people, and learning new technology?
We're looking for a Cloud Administrator to join a small, collaborative IT team supporting Microsoft cloud technologies across a variety of environments. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2+ years of Microsoft 365/Azure administration experience who wants to expand their skills and grow into a broader cloud and security role.
You won't be expected to know everything on day one. We're looking for someone who is curious, resourceful, a strong communicator, and excited to grow into a Microsoft cloud subject matter expert.
Why This Role Is ExcitingThe organization is expanding its cloud capabilities and looking at new ways to leverage Microsoft 365, Azure, OneDrive and Copilot while maintaining strong security standards.
One of the key initiatives you'll help support is the return and expansion of OneDrive and Copilot. You'll have the opportunity to research technology, develop recommendations, establish security standards, and help turn those ideas into practical solutions.
This role offers a great variety of work across Microsoft cloud technologies, security, administration and emerging AI capabilities. You'll have the opportunity to work on different technology challenges rather than being limited to one area.
What You'll DoAdminister and support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
Help develop and implement secure strategies for OneDrive, Copilot and other Microsoft cloud services.
Research Microsoft technologies and make recommendations based on security, functionality and business needs.
Help develop and document Microsoft 365/Azure security standards and processes.
Monitor Microsoft 365 and Azure services for security, usage and performance.
Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 email quarantine and related security functions.
Support the creation and maintenance of SharePoint sites.
Stay current on new Microsoft features, licensing capabilities and cloud technologies and help educate users on significant changes and new capabilities.
Assist with emerging AI and Azure initiatives, including testing and deployment processes for AI-created applications.
Work with users and stakeholders to understand needs, troubleshoot issues and provide solutions.
Take ownership of projects and technology initiatives as your experience grows.
Continue developing your Microsoft expertise through hands-on experience and certifications.
