Job Description
We are seeking a Data Engineer for a 12-month contract position based in San Ramon, California. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain data pipelines and applications that drive business intelligence and decision-making. Responsibilities Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines Build and deploy data-driven applications using Streamlit Design and implement REST APIs and data integrations Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and transformation Manage version control and implement CI/CD practices Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions Qualifications Required 3-5 years of Python development experience 2+ years of Streamlit development experience Snowflake experience Strong SQL skills Experience with ETL/ELT and data pipeline development REST API and data integration experience Experience building and deploying data-driven applications Git and version control experience CI/CD experience Strong communication skills Preferred Snowpark experience Airflow experience AWS, Azure, or GCP experience SAP or SharePoint experience Power BI or Pandas experience Utility or energy industry experience
