About the Role
Client is seeking a skilled Data Engineer for a temporary assignment. In this role, you will support our data infrastructure and analytics initiatives, working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and engineering teams to deliver reliable data solutions.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data systems; implement automated monitoring and anomaly detection.
Develop dashboards and reporting solutions that support product goal tracking and decision-making.
Leverage and develop AI-native tools and workflows to accelerate data engineering velocity.
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.
Document data workflows, processes, and best practices, contributing to a culture of knowledge sharing and operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience in data engineering, including building and maintaining ETL pipelines.
Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, or Scala).
Experience with data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
The pay range for this role is $120k per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
