Job Description About the Role We are seeking highly motivated and self-driven Data Engineers to join a dynamic team focused on building scalable, production-grade data solutions. This role is ideal for engineers who thrive in ambiguous environments, take ownership of end-to-end delivery, and enjoy collaborating across cross-functional teams. You will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines that power business-critical insights, while ensuring high standards of data accuracy, performance, and scalability. - Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and transformations (ETL/ELT)
- Perform data validation, debugging, and root cause analysis to ensure data integrity
- Partner with data, product, and engineering teams to deliver solutions aligned with business needs
- Support production issues and ensure timely resolution with minimal impact
- Continuously improve existing data systems and contribute to backlog enhancements
- Maintain strong documentation, governance, and best practices across data workflows
- Deliver high-quality, production-ready data solutions with a focus on reliability and performance Core Expectations
- Operate as a self-starter, able to take ambiguous problems and drive them to resolution
- Demonstrate strong ownership mindset and accountability for deliverables
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders on progress, risks, and dependencies
- Contribute to operational stability initiatives and system reliability

- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially BigQuery
- Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js for data processing and automation
- Strong experience building and maintaining data pipelines (ETL/ELT)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments
- Experience with data orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt)
- Exposure to large-scale data environments and cloud-native architectures
- Background in data modeling, warehousing, or analytics platforms
