Job Description

Join a large-scale global distribution and supply chain organization that underpins critical operations across industrial, commercial, and enterprise environments. This role sits at the center of a rapidly evolving data ecosystem, driving the development of scalable, governed data platforms that power analytics, AI initiatives, and enterprise decision-making. As a senior leader, you will shape platform strategy, define engineering standards, and lead teams building modern data pipelines and reusable frameworks. The environment emphasizes cloud-native architecture, CI/CD-driven delivery, and data product maturity at scale. This is a high-impact opportunity to influence platform direction while mentoring engineering teams and enabling business-wide innovation. Required Skills & Experience Extensive experience (10+ years) in software or data engineering, with strong leadership background managing engineering teams or multi-squad programs Deep expertise in modern data platforms, including scalable data pipelines, data product development, and cloud-based architectures Strong command of engineering best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, SDLC methodologies, testing strategies, and system design principles Desired Skills & Experience Experience enabling AI/ML workflows and collaborating with MLOps teams to productionize data-driven solutions Proven ability to define and implement platform standardization strategies such as "paved road" frameworks and reusable components Background in enterprise-scale data governance, cost optimization, and cross-domain data enablement
