C2C About the Role Join a forward-thinking team as a Data Engineer and play a pivotal role in building and enhancing a cutting-edge enterprise data platform utilizing Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will design resilient, scalable technology solutions and own the development lifecycle, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement. This is a fully remote opportunity based out of Eagan, Minnesota, offering flexibility and the chance to work on high-impact projects in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust ELT data pipelines within GCP to streamline data ingestion and transformation.
• Build scalable solutions using Composer, Dataflow, BigQuery, SQL, and Python to power data movement and orchestration.
• Collaborate closely with architects, analysts, and senior engineers to define and implement scalable platform solutions.
• Ensure high standards of data quality, pipeline performance, and system resiliency.
• Lead and mentor team members by providing guidance, feedback, and technical direction.
• Proactively monitor solutions and contribute to technology roadmap planning.
• Drive continuous innovation and suggest improvements for platform optimization. Required Skills and Experience
• 2-4 years of hands-on engineering experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Demonstrated experience with Cloud Composer, BigQuery, Dataflow, and building ELT/data pipelines.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required. Preferred Skills
• Prior experience in the healthcare or PBM industry.
• Advanced SQL development skills.
• Familiarity with data warehousing, data modeling, and dimensional design.
• Experience with regulatory compliance (HIPAA, PCI).
• Background in modern cloud-based data platforms and Agile/Product Delivery environments. Benefits
