We are seeking a detail-oriented data professional to help design, build, and maintain data pipelines and data models that support risk and compliance reporting. Our team is looking for someone who can collaborate across technical and business partners to deliver secure, performant data solutions that enable informed decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, catalog, and maintain data software and data pipeline solutions for corporate risk and compliance functions. Analyze raw data from multiple sources and technologies, combining information into reliable and well-structured data assets. Partner with IT teams, peer engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to support solution design, review approaches, and reduce data duplication. Create supporting documentation, test data, and deployment materials while helping deliver clean, secure, and performant solutions within an agile environment.
Required:
5-10 years of experience as a data engineer, data modeler, or in a similar technical data, data modeling, or data analytics role. Strong experience in technical design, development, and implementation, including data modeling and engineering work. Strong knowledge of Excel, Power BI, Snowflake, Jira, Confluence, Databricks, Alteryx, and Microsoft Fabric. Expert knowledge of SQL, stored procedures, data modeling, multiple file formats such as JSON and XML, data security, and data profiling. Experience working with cloud data storage technologies such as Azure, analytics tools, end-to-end data architecture patterns, and data governance concepts. Experience across the full software delivery lifecycle, including data analysis, process mapping, business requirements, solution design, functional and technical specification, coding, source code management, test plans, and go-live release notes.
