Senior Data Engineer Location:
Austin, TX/Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid 3 days On-Site and 2 days Remote) Need Local candidates only
Duration:
12 Months Job Description Backend Developer
  • Data Engineering Focus (Python)
  • Strong backend Python development with experience building and maintaining production APIs (FastAPI preferred)
  • Has built scalable data pipelines, ETL workflows, and data orchestration systems
  • Proficient with SQL, relational/non-relational databases, and cloud infrastructure
  • Collaborates with AI and product teams on backend infrastructure, reliability, and observability

Bonus:
experience building MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers, supporting AI/LLM infrastructure, or working with vector databases Senior Data Engineer Seeking a senior IC focused on: Data modeling Data pipelines Platform integrations for Places Central Supporting AI functionality through scalable, accessible data infrastructure Partnering closely with AI engineer
