Direct Hire May 22, 2026 Business Intelligence/Data Engineering Lead (10722) We are seeking a Business Intelligence & Data Engineering Lead to design, build, and optimize our enterprise data and analytics environment. This role will lead the development of scalable data architecture, reporting solutions, and system integrations that support strategic business decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in data engineering and business intelligence with the ability to partner cross-functionally with leadership, finance, operations, and IT teams. Responsibilities Design and maintain enterprise data warehouse and reporting architecture Build and optimize data pipelines and integrations across enterprise systems Develop Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and executive reporting solutions Standardize KPIs and reporting processes across departments Improve data quality, governance, and reporting accuracy Support automation, analytics, and data-driven business initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions Qualifications 5+ years of experience in BI, data engineering, or enterprise analytics Strong experience with Power BI, SQL, and modern cloud data platforms Experience with ERP/CRM system integrations Knowledge of ETL/ELT methodologies and enterprise reporting environments Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Experience with Microsoft Fabric or Azure data ecosystem Experience with enterprise-scale reporting and data governance Exposure to automation, AI initiatives, or advanced analytics solutions This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic and hands-on data leader who enjoys building scalable analytics environments and driving enterprise-wide reporting transformation. #IND #ZP
