Hourly Job Summary:

Seeking a strong Db2 Database Developer to join our team!

Duties :

Develop and maintain various database applications on the IBM iseries platform, utilizing dynamic SQL, convert RPG code to sql stored procedures, performance tuning, logging and exception handling.

Qualifications :

Expert SQL stored procedures, development experience in db2 IBM iseries platform required Able to read RPGIV, RPGLE, RPGFree programs, embedded SQL Conversion/modernization experience from RPG to SQL stored procedures in db2 IBM tools such as Aldon, RDI, ACS etc Application development experience interacting with front end using REST APIs, Json Exposure to python, microservices, VS code IDE development Git source control and integration Extensive db2 experience (Not just RPG or embedded SQL, but SQL stored procedures in db2).
