Direct-hire Compensation :

$43.00 to 48.00 per hour (DOE) Partnered with a client who is hiring an experienced Data Analyst to support the customer experience team by delivering actionable insights that improve customer service performance, on-time delivery, and operational efficiency. This is a unique, business-facing analytics role where you will combine technical expertise (Power BI, Excel, ERP, CRM systems) with strong business acumen and communication skills to influence decision-making. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Insights Analyze customer service metrics (order fulfillment, backlog, on-time delivery, queue performance, expedite requests) Identify trends and translate findings into actionable recommendations Ensure data integrity and validate sources Reporting & Dashboards Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports Deliver ad hoc and recurring insights to leadership and cross-functional teams Continuously improve reporting and identify gaps/opportunities Operational Support Monitor backlog and delivery risk; proactively flag issues and recommend mitigation Partner with customer experience, sales, and operations teams Understand end-to-end order flow from entry to reporting Business Contribution Fulfill reporting requests from leadership Proactively identify new metrics, trends, and improvement opportunities Recommend dashboards, enhancements, and process improvements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field 5+ years in data analysis/analytics or similar role Advanced Power BI and Advanced Excel skills Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and CRM platforms Strong analytical, data validation, and problem-solving skills Ability to clearly communicate insights and challenge assumptions Background working with data in customer service, sales, or order management .
