X 2 Full-time appointment on a fixed term basis for 1 year.Base salary range:
$104,243 - $115,661 p.a. plus 17% superannuation. About the area The Employee Entitlements Remediation Program (EERP) at UWA addresses historical and ongoing payroll compliance issues, ensuring accurate and fair compensation of employees in alignment with legislative requirements, including the Fair Work Act 2009, relevant Enterprise Agreements, and statutory instruments. Within the EERP Data & Analytics team, your role contributes directly to ensuring financial accuracy and compliance, playing a critical role in identifying, modelling, remediating, and reporting employee entitlements across various employee groups at UWA. About the opportunity Play a key role in a high-profile program addressing payroll compliance and employee entitlements across the University, ensuring fair and accurate outcomes for staff. Work at the intersection of data analytics, financial modelling, and regulatory compliance, contributing to complex remediation activities. Collaborate with senior leadership, internal stakeholders, and external providers in a dynamic, project-driven environment focused on continuous improvement. About you Proven experience in payroll, financial data analytics, or compliance, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, with the ability to produce auditable and defensible analysis. Demonstrated stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences. Proficiency in Excel and data tools (e.g. Power Query, Power BI, SQL), with experience working across payroll or ERP systems. A proactive and solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to manage competing priorities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Note :
