This is a short-term engagement of six months or less, with the opportunity to make a visible, high impact contribution from day one. Manager, Benefits Analysis

CONTACTS AND RELATIONSHIPS

The position interfaces with the Manager, Benefits Analysis, including the Executives and all departments within the organization, if necessary.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Analyze business requirements and data needs of various stakeholders. Understand client requirements and how they translate in application features.
• Design, develop, and implement interactive dashboards and visualizations that effectively present complex data
• Write high-quality source code to complete applications within deadlines
• Test and debug applications to ensure accuracy and reliability. Perform unit and integration testing.
• Conduct functional and non-functional testing
• Ensure the highest level of data quality and accuracy in all deliverables
• Provide support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to dashboards and reporting tools

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• 3-4 years proven experience in developing dashboards and data visualization
• 3-4 years of experience and expertise in Power BI ecosystem in delivering end-to-end dashboard development ( i.e., requirements gathering to deployment to maintenance)
• Interactive Visuals - using charts, KPIs, slicers, filters and conditional formatting to make dashboards engaging and actionable
• Data Sharing & Governance - publish to Power BI, coordinate with Manager, Benefits Analysis and Chief Technology Officer to manage workspaces, apply role-based access and ensure data security

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 3-4 years of experience in data analysis and creating dashboards particularly in the health and pension administration is preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Possesses manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office machines. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Position requires bending, reaching, walking, and lifting of up to 10 lbs.

Pay:

$45.00 - $50.00 per hour
