We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background in statistics, mathematics, data science, or economics and be capable of transforming complex datasets into meaningful insights that support business and technical decision-making. This position offers the opportunity to work with engineering, operations, and management teams to develop data models, automate reporting processes, and improve organizational performance through data analysis. Key Responsibilities Collect, organize, validate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources. Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business and operational objectives. Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data. Design and maintain databases, data models, and reporting tools. Develop and maintain Microsoft Excel and Access-based applications, including VBA macros and automation solutions. Perform statistical analysis and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement. Support predictive analytics, forecasting, and machine learning initiatives. Collaborate with engineering and management teams to define reporting requirements and performance metrics. Prepare technical reports, presentations, and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with organizational requirements. Assist with special projects and analytical studies as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Applied Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Experience writing complex SQL queries and working with relational databases. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, data analysis, and VBA/macros. Experience with Microsoft Access database development and maintenance. Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and data modeling. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in a related field. Experience with Python, R, or other data analysis and programming languages. Knowledge of machine learning concepts and predictive analytics. Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools.
