In this role, you will leverage AI tools, machine learning, and data analysis to optimize business operations, automate workflows, and drive business insights. This is a hands-on opportunity to work on real-world AI applications in operations, logistics, and business process automation. Key Responsibilities Use AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) to design and automate workflows and business processes Develop optimal warehouse layout plans and inventory management strategies using data analysis and AI agents Perform data mining and exploratory analysis using Python, SQL, or similar tools Design, train, and optimize machine learning models for operational and business use cases Deploy AI models and workflows using cloud services (e.g., AWS) Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights clearly Collaborate with cross-functional teams (warehouse, operations, finance) to implement data-driven solutions Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above from a U.S. institution (OPT candidates welcome) Proficient in AI tools such as Claude Code and workflow automation platforms Good programming skills (Python preferred) and understanding of AI/ML models Familiar with AWS Fluent in both English and Chinese (reading, writing, speaking) Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) or logistics optimization Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Pay:
$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
