Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Data Quality Analyst to support a rapidly scaling AI data operations program focused on computer vision, robotics, and spatial intelligence. This role combines hands-on data annotation with quality analysis across large-scale datasets used to train advanced AI systems.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working directly with data, and able to balance repetitive annotation work with deeper analysis of quality trends and process improvements. This person will work closely with annotation teams, QA leadership, and product stakeholders to improve the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of training data.

ResponsibilitiesPerform hands-on data annotation, labeling, tagging, and quality review across video, image, 3D, and multimodal datasetsReview and audit annotated datasets for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established quality standardsValidate annotation outputs, identify inconsistencies, and escalate edge cases for further reviewInvestigate data quality issues, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actionsUse SQL and Python to analyze datasets and identify quality trends and opportunities for improvementBuild and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reports to monitor quality metrics and operational performancePartner with annotation and operations teams to improve workflows, guidelines, and quality standardsSupport calibration exercises to maintain consistency across annotation teamsTest new annotation, QA, and workflow tools and provide structured feedback to product and engineering teamsDocument quality findings, trends, and recommendations for leadership and operational stakeholdersMaintain established productivity and quality targets while completing detail-oriented annotation and QA workSupport ongoing data preparation efforts for AI, robotics, computer vision, and spatial intelligence applications Skills and Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data annotation, data quality, quality assurance, or AI data operations-Experience starting and troubleshooting new annotation projects (concepts, proposals, pilot study, guidelines and tooling needed, and launching
• Experience in data analysis and reporting
• Experience building dashboards using Tableau, Power BI,
• Looker, or similar BI tools
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience working with annotation, labeling, moderation, or QA platforms
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify patterns within large datasets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self starter, motivated, and works well in a team. Willing to take charge when needed and also be a part of a group project
• 4+ years of experience in AI data operations, data quality, or annotation programs
• Advanced SQL and Python skills
• Experience supporting AI, machine learning, computer vision, or robotics programs
• Experience working within large-scale technology companies or high-volume data operations environments
• Experience with video, image, 3D, or multimodal datasets
• Exposure to spatial computing, autonomous systems, or robotics data workflows
• Experience creating operational metrics, KPIs, and quality scorecards
