Job Description Data Analyst The Data Analyst will be responsible for managing Division wide centralized data. This role will build reliable dashboards and validate/clean the data to ensure accurate insights are available for team members and leaders. The role will drive data into actionable business insights. Core Responsibilities 1. Data Collection & Preparation Collect data from systems (ERP, production, quality, finance, HR)
Clean and validate data for accuracy and consistency 2. Analysis & Insight Generation Identify trends, patterns, and root causes (e.g., scrap, downtime, turnover)
Use statistical and analytical techniques to interpret data 3. Reporting & Visualization Build dashboards and reports (Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
Translate complex data into clear, simple insights for leaders 4. Business Partnering Work with operations, finance, HR, and engineering
Define KPIs and measure performance against business goals 5. Decision Support Provide recommendations to improve: Key Skills Required Technical Skills SQL, Excel (advanced)
Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Python or R (increasingly expected)
Database and data management knowledge Power BI & Databricks Analytical Skills Problem solving

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $75,000 to $95,000 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 2X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.
This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)).
