Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst
Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and data modeling
Experience with Python, VBA, or ETL frameworks
Proficiency in Excel, Pandas, NumPy, and data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib)
Familiarity with reporting tools such as Business Objects
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment Key Responsibilities Analyze and interpret data using statistical techniques to generate actionable insights
Develop and maintain databases, data collection systems, and analytics processes
Gather and validate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and reliability
Identify trends, patterns, and performance metrics to support business strategy
Perform data cleansing and validation to improve data quality and reporting accuracy
Create and deliver reports, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders
