Type:
full-time We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Associate Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work with business and operational data to identify trends, generate insights, build reports and dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and recurring data analyses. Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through quantitative analysis. Support business teams with data-driven insights and ad-hoc analysis. Perform data quality checks and investigate discrepancies. Prepare and present analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. Help improve existing reporting processes and data workflows.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or a related area. Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets . Working knowledge of SQL . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy. Ability to communicate analytical findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, Economics, or a related field. Freshers or candidates with 0-2 years of relevant experience may apply.
