Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports to support business objectives across multiple departments. Collect, clean, and analyze large volumes of data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and inefficiencies and translate them into data-driven and automated solutions. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance decision-making. Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous validation and quality checks. Support the implementation of data governance and best practices within the district. Stay current with emerging tools and technologies to continuously improve data analytics capabilities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role. Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases. Experience with AI agents and automations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
