• to support data governance, reporting, and analytics initiatives that help drive informed business decisions across the organization.

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience working with business stakeholders, documenting data processes, analyzing datasets, and contributing to enterprise data management and reporting efforts.

• . Candidates must be available during core business hours (8:30 a.m. EST to 5:00 p.m. EST) for the entire 9-week duration of the program. • What You'll Do
• + Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and document the organization's data reporting needs, data policies, and data definitions + Evaluate existing business processes and workflows, understand data management and data governance frameworks, and identify opportunities for improvement + Derive data taxonomy from documented business processes to support the development of Data Services SOP playbooks and data hierarchies + Develop and maintain documentation, including data glossaries, report summaries, process maps, and technical specifications + Develop and maintain consistent models and templates for documenting business and reporting requirements + Support testing and validation of reports to ensure they meet business needs and quality standards + Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights + Help improve data literacy across the organization and support the adoption of data-driven decision-making practices •What You'll Need•

Required:

+ Pursuing a degree in Data Analytics or a related field

+ Current Junior with a 3.5 GPA or higher

+ Data analysis skills with the ability to perform analysis independently

+ Strong understanding of data governance concepts and experience documenting processes, workflows, and data definitions

+ Interest in learning business operations and organizational data to become an effective data partner

Preferred:

+ Knowledge of data modeling concepts

+ Exposure to reporting and business intelligence tools such as Power BI
