Come save lives. Come grow with us. • This role is an Onsite Hybrid position in Denver, CO and requires residency within a 35-mile radius of the 80230 area. The schedule includes 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote (Mondays and Fridays). The hours are 8:00a-4:00p local time (MST).
What You'll Be Doing:
In alignment with our value for data quality, the primary function of the Junior Data Analyst role is to improve the capability and integrity of our data by focusing on collecting, organizing, and analyzing data in collaboration with our business units.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Turn business requirements into actionable reports Work with and create data analysis solutions that deliver high quality business intelligence and analytics using enterprise reporting and analytics applications Identify and proactively analyze enterprise data anomalies to highlight and mitigate the impact of data quality concerns Troubleshoots helpdesk requests pertaining to data quality and functionality Participates in enterprise goals by recommending solutions to meet organizational needs Willingness to work occasional nights/weekends
Education:
Associate Degree - Data analytics, Computer Science or related field of study (Preferred)
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
Basic level of proficiency with data querying language (e.g.

SQL)
Critical Thinking Skills:
Able to analyze, assess, and develop problem solving approaches.
Communication Skills:
Ability to communicate in a professional and clear manner (verbally and in writing) with all levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualities and Abilities:
1+ years of experience in similar role Basic level of proficiency with Power BI Previous healthcare experience helpful but not required The compensation range for this position is based upon candidate experience and market expectations.
