Senior Top Secret Data Analyst

Job Description A client in the Washington DC area is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join their team. This is supporting the HR department for a government customer. In this role, you will be responsible for identify gaps and room for improvement around HR processes and procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for utilizing data analytic tools to analyze trends and build dashboards to present these insights to the end customer and present recommendations for changes as needed.
