Are you passionate about data, analytics, and aviation? We're seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our highly visible Finance team. In this role, you'll analyze aviation and financial data, support business operations, improve reporting processes, and help drive informed decision-making across the organization. This position requires a strong sense of urgency, exceptional accuracy, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with internal stakeholders and customers. Key Responsibilities Review, organize, and enter cost invoices into databases and spreadsheets while assigning approvals as needed. Analyze aviation operational and accounting costs to ensure accurate coding, posting, and identification of duplicate or incorrect charges. Perform thorough quality assurance reviews to maintain data integrity and accuracy. Support day-to-day business operations through reporting, metrics tracking, and cost analysis. Identify and streamline inefficient, redundant, or overly manual processes. Respond promptly to management requests for data and analytical support. Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and operating metrics. Review aviation log page entries, correct data errors, and upload updated records to audit applications. Assist with month-end accounting activities and special financial analysis projects. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, data analytics, or a related field. Strong reporting and analytical capabilities. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality. Preferred Experience with QuickBooks. Experience working with financial, operational, or aviation-related data. Why Join Us?
