This is a critical tactical role where your analytical skills will directly impact the integrity and sustainability of quality systems that support our community. In this role, you won't just be crunching numbers; you'll be a key contributor to operational oversight, helping leadership make informed decisions through measurable data and actionable reporting. This is a temporary position for 6 months or longer, but could be a good foot in the door with a great company Job Summary & Responsibilities As a Quality Management Analyst, you will support the CQI department by collecting, validating, and organizing departmental quality data to maintain recurring reports and dashboards. You will track vital metrics such as incident reports, documentation timeliness, and compliance audits to identify trends and operational anomalies.

Your daily impact will involve:

Data Visualization:

Updating monthly and quarterly dashboards to assist in developing executive-level reporting tools.

Compliance Oversight:

Tracking unsigned documentation and billing-impacting deficiencies to ensure revenue integrity.

Workflow Support:

Assisting in the development of SOPs, process maps, and tracking systems to reinforce standardization across departments.

Collaborative Improvement:

Supporting Lean Six Sigma and PDSA initiatives while gathering frontline feedback to assist in workflow redesign projects. Preferred Skills Experience with dashboard management software like Power BI or Tableau. Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or PDSA process improvement methodologies. Experience in a healthcare or regulatory-heavy environment. Ability to promote data literacy and an accountability culture among staff. Data-driven professional with a passion for organizational excellence. Required Skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical thinking and high attention to detail. Proven ability in data visualization and reporting infrastructure. Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet departmental deadlines.
