Job Description

Overview Join our team as a Reinsurance Analyst and become a vital contributor to our risk management and financial analysis efforts. In this role, you will evaluate reinsurance treaties, analyze financial data, and support the development of strategies that optimize our risk transfer processes. Your energetic approach will help ensure accurate assessments and seamless collaboration across teams, driving the success of our reinsurance operations. Responsibilities and Skills Reinsurance Experience in Property & Casualty domain is mandatory. Reinsurance Transaction experience Reinsurance Agreements experience Reinsurance Accounting Experience Strong analytical, mathematical, organizational, and statistical skills Support Senior Management Frequently communicate status of tasks ensuring all deadlines are met Assist in the development of test scenarios, test execution, and test results validation, as needed Data Management & Project Support Use SQL and Excel to identify, analyze and resolve data quality issues Maintain process protocols by writing and updating procedures. Effective Communication and Team Collaboration Strong Excel skills - speed and proficiency Strong analytical skills, especially data analysis Ability to follow instructions, accept supervision, and work cooperatively with others Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines while ensuring data integrity Embark on a rewarding career path where your insights directly influence our company's risk management success.
