Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) in Ocala, FL is seeking a Quality Analyst Level 3 to support the Quality Engineering organization. This position plays a key role in supporting the site's Quality Management System through data analytics, performance metrics, and corrective action governance reporting. The selected candidate will work closely with Quality Engineering, Manufacturing, and Program leadership to develop and maintain quality dashboards, analyze performance trends, and support corrective action initiatives. This role requires strong analytical capability and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that enable leadership to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement. What You Will Be Doing The Quality Analyst will support executive-level quality reviews including Corrective Action Team (CAT), Corrective Action Board (CAB), and Senior CAB reporting, ensuring quality performance metrics are accurate, timely, and aligned with organizational objectives. Job Responsibilities Duties include, but are not limited to:- Develop, maintain, and enhance Quality dashboards and performance metrics supporting CAT, CAB, and Senior CAB reporting.
- Consolidate and analyze quality data from multiple systems and sources to produce standardized reporting and performance summaries.
- Identify trends, systemic issues, and improvement opportunities through data analysis and metric evaluation.
- Support corrective action governance processes, including tracking action items, monitoring commitments, and ensuring timely resolution of quality issues.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure quality performance metrics accurately reflect operational performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data integrity, and visualization of quality performance.
- Support the development of standardized templates and reporting tools used across the Quality organization.
- Communicate quality performance trends, risks, and improvement opportunities to leadership.

- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Quality, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience supporting quality metrics, data analysis, or reporting within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Experience developing and maintaining performance dashboards and data visualizations.
- Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as Advanced Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Experience using root cause analysis methodologies (e.g., A3, Five Whys, Fishbone diagrams).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Desired Skills:
- Experience working within aerospace, defense, or manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of quality management systems (AS9100, ISO9001) and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA).
- Experience supporting executive-level reporting and governance reviews.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Experience working with enterprise systems and integrated quality tools.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify subtle trends, anomalies, and emerging risks in data.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, systems, and evolving quality processes.
- Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
