This role will focus on auditing, cleaning, and optimizing current platforms, while connecting systems to create a more efficient, centralized, and reliable data environment. The ideal candidate is both analytical and technical, with a strong ability to organize messy data and turn fragmented systems into a cohesive structure. Key Responsibilities Audit existing data platforms, tools, and workflows to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and inefficiencies Clean, standardize, and maintain data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and reliability Integrate and connect data sources (CRM, spreadsheets, internal tools, etc.) to improve data flow and accessibility Build and optimize data pipelines and automation processes Eliminate duplicate data and implement best practices for data organization Collaborate with teams to understand current processes and improve system usage Develop dashboards and reporting tools to provide clear business insights Document data structures, processes, and system integrations Support leadership with actionable insights based on improved data quality Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, data operations, or systems management Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets Experience with data cleaning, transformation, and validation Familiarity with APIs and system integrations Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail Join Our Team We're growing and looking for a Data Analyst who can take our current systems to the next level.
